Welcome

I just posted a craigslist ad
offering my services to the public.

If you are just coming here from there
then welcome and look around. Yeah, its
a blog, but its free, and perfect for
my needs.

More info about what im doing:

Im offering 10$ an hour recording
services. Tracking, overdubing, mixing
and mastering.

I use a cassette 8 track, a couple of
small boards, a handfull of mikes (dynamic,
condensor, stereo, and others), a couple
compressors and fx.

Ive been recording full bands for about a
year now, before which i ran sound at the
Capitol Garage for about three years.

I can come out to your practice spot or home,
or we can record in my house/garage. Depending
on schedules for you (and me) we'll work somthing
out.

Today

Today is my birthday. Im having a bottle of wine when i get home.
(i did this a few years back while in the woods. it was wonderfull).

Then its back to work tomorrow.

There are more ideas for my never to be released because im too lazy Audio Calendar. But i dont want to talk about it cause it'll never get done that way. Id rather just say that its cool, and fun and maybe more than just an idea this time.

J'dore le Frenchmen

The Frenchmen has finaly gotten the cd's
in and they are for sale.
Heres the artwork

Doug and I recorded three of the tracks, Chris
Woodhouse did the rest, 'cept for one, which
was done by someone else who i forget the name of.
(But its listed in the liner notes.)

Its neat to see our recordings side by side with
Chris's. Makes for good compairison.

Anyways, Knock-Offs recording on July 11th, should
prove to be fun.
